PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE


Major Subdivision Application

In accordance with §5.7.6.3 of the North Augusta Development Code, the North Augusta Planning Commission will hold a public meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2008 in the Council Chambers, North Augusta Municipal Building, 400 East Buena Vista Avenue, North Augusta, South Carolina to consider the following application:

PDM 08-001 – A request by The Martin Group, LLC for approval of a Minor Modification to the General Development Plan for The Martin Group Commercial Development to allow the construction of ten (10) self storage buildings, in lieu of the flex space units originally proposed in Phase II of the development, on ±3.39 acres located at 1168 West Martintown Road, Tax Parcel Numbers 001-20-02-003 and 001-20-02-006.

The applications and supporting documents are available for public inspection in the Department of Economic and Community Development offices, 400 East Buena Vista Avenue, North Augusta, 803-441-4221.  All citizens and property owners with an interest in the applications are encouraged to attend this meeting.
